Due to recent network blips across all our locations, VXShield is undergoing maintenance to address the random interruptions affecting incoming UDP traffic. The most impacted locations are Chicago and Ashburn, though New York, the UK, Amsterdam, and Frankfurt are also affected.
During this maintenance, you may notice additional brief blips as routes are adjusted. These should last no more than one second and no significant downtime is expected. Once complete, this work will greatly improve overall stability across all locations.
