Three days ago, we began receiving reports of random “packet loss” and “freezes.” Based on feedback from our valued clients, we believe we have identified the issue: one of our switches may require a restart, firmware upgrade, or a fiber cable swap. This would explain why only some clients experienced issues while others did not.

In the unlikely event that a router also needs to be restarted, all Frankfurt clients could be briefly affected.
