    Dear Customer,

    We are planning scheduled maintenance on our BGP network during the specified time window. No downtime is expected.

    This maintenance will help us resolve intermittent UDP traffic loss that some customers have been experiencing. We have identified the root cause and will be applying a corrective change.

    Action Required (Chicago Bare Metal Servers Only)

    If you have Bare Metal servers located in Chicago, please update your network configuration as follows:

    • Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.255

    • Gateway IP Address: Change from 172.111.51.129 to 172.111.51.1

    If you are unsure how to make this change, please contact our support team and provide your root password so that we can apply the update for you.

    This update will not cause any service outage, but it is essential to ensure continued stable connectivity. Servers that are not updated may experience network issues after the maintenance.
