We would like to inform you that, due to our current data center not accepting an extension of our existing contract, we are required to relocate our rack from this facility. This rack is part of our older infrastructure in one of our former Frankfurt data centers, which unfortunately cannot accommodate further expansion or additional power capacity.
As a result, we will be migrating our hardware fleet to a new data center. The expected downtime for this migration will be approximately 6 hours. All affected clients will receive individual tickets with detailed information, including the exact migration schedule and the new server location. If you have not received a ticket or notification, your services will not be affected by this migration.
