All our sites are currently online, though full stability has not yet been achieved. We are experiencing ongoing attacks from the Aisuro botnet, which has reached over 20 Tbps. Our upstream providers are actively implementing measures to mitigate and contain the impact.

It’s important to note that multiple providers and carriers across the network are also being affected, experiencing significant packet loss due to the unprecedented scale of this attack.

Clients impacted by outages are encouraged to open an SLA ticket with our billing team, who will review each case and process compensation where applicable.

FRA1 is back to stable. A human error during a configuration change to onboard more capacity and carriers caused our routes to go down at this data center. The issue has since been resolved.

So far, all sites are operating normally and remain stable.

FRA1 will be coming back online shortly.

Our engineering team is preparing a full RFO (Reason for Outage) report, which will be shared soon.

As compensation for the downtime, all affected users will receive SLA credits issued as additional billing days added to their service.
